Industrial building that is 60,000 square feet. SC Garner performed turnkey site work here, including erosion control, grading, stormwater, and sewer installation. We moved about 15,465 cubic yards of dirt on site. This project also included a 13-foot-deep retention pond, where we excavated about 4,000 cubic yards of dirt. This job also required a 2-foot building pad undercut across the entire building. SC Garner undercut the pad and hauled in suitable fill in about a week, keeping the project on schedule. We installed a 2-inch domestic water service and tied the sewer into an existing cleanout.
