Multifamily apartment complex where SC Garner performed turnkey site work, including erosion control, grading, stormwater, sewer installation, exterior concrete, and asphalt paving. The job is not completed yet. We moved almost 13,000 cubic yards of dirt on site, with a 5,000-cubic-yard import. Altogether, we will have laid about 2,000 linear feet of storm pipe and several storm boxes. We installed a 6-inch fire line and a 3-inch domestic water line, installed the FDC, building risers, fire hydrants, and backflow preventers, and performed a 6-inch tap to the city water main.
